Cuter is an AI-powered image and video generation application operated by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how uploaded media may be processed, and what choices you have when using Cuter.
By using Cuter, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this policy so we can provide the app, maintain reliability, support user-requested AI generation features, and respond to support or legal obligations.
We collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide Cuter and support the app experience.
We use collected information to operate Cuter, provide requested AI generation features, improve product quality, and protect the service from misuse.
Some content you upload may be processed by cloud-based services when that processing is necessary to deliver the feature you requested.
For example, when you choose an AI generation feature and upload a reference image or video, Cuter may upload that media to cloud object storage and send the relevant media URL, prompt, and task parameters to a cloud AI processing provider solely to produce the requested result.
Cuter does not sell uploaded media, generated outputs, prompts, or face-related information.
Cuter does not scan your device for face data, enroll face templates, identify people, authenticate users with face data, or build facial profiles.
When you choose to upload a photo or video for an AI generation feature, that media may contain a face. In that situation, the facial information present in the uploaded media is processed only as part of the image or video you selected.
Cuter requests Photo Library access so you can choose reference images to upload for AI image, AI video, image expansion, and action imitation generation. Cuter requests Camera access if you choose to take a photo for upload. Cuter requests Microphone access only when audio recording is needed for supported video creation or editing features.
These permissions are used only when you choose to use the related feature.
Cuter may use third-party infrastructure or service providers for cloud storage, AI generation processing, payment processing through Apple, analytics, diagnostics, security, and customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Cuter or to complete the feature requested by the user.
Auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Cuter receives purchase and entitlement status needed to unlock or restore premium access.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account history, show generated results, support reliability and security, comply with law, resolve disputes, or preserve legitimate business records.
When retention is no longer necessary, data may be deleted, de-identified, or anonymized according to operational and legal requirements.
Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or export of your personal information.
You may delete generated works in the app where available, stop using the app, manage account actions from the product, or contact us directly for privacy-related requests.
Deleting your Cuter account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Cuter is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures designed to protect information processed by Cuter. However, no internet or cloud service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or operational practices. The updated version will be posted through appropriate product or website channels, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
